Contest is open to all cartoonists, both professional and amateurs.
Theme: “Freedom is not Free”

The works must be accompanied by the author's biography.

Deadline: 10th December 2008
Prizes:
First Prize - 1000 $
Second Prize - 700 $
Third Prize - 500 $
One Special Prize of 600 $ for a portrait of a well known world personality – any
domain.
Catalogue: each selected artist will receive a copy.
Remark: the works will be not returned, they will remain the property of the
House of Culture Urziceni for the future exhibitions.
