Mr. Seyran Caferli, a well-known cartoonist from Azerbaijan.

He was born in 1966 in Imishli, Azerbaijan. His first cartoon was printed in KIRPI comic magazine in 1982. He has graduated from Journalistic Art Institute in 1992.

His cartoons were printed in many albums of the international exhibitions and competitions. Member of jury in international FAIR PLAY Cartoon Contest in Turkey 2001 and First BAKU International Cartoon Contest in Azerbaijan 2003. Now he is the president of the Cartoonists Union of Azerbaijan and Chief editor KARIKATURA (CARTOON) international magazines. He organized first and Second Azerbaijan Molla Nasreddin International Cartoon Contest having been the President of Jury 2002 - 03.
