Mr. Fethi Develioglu, a well-known cartoonist from Turkey.

He born in 1953, Istanbul. First cartoon published in ‘AKBABA’ magazine in 1973. One cartoon added to the Tolentino World Cartoon Museum Archives in 1978 (Italy). Chosen as the ‘Best Political Cartoonist of the Decade’ by The Association of American Editorial Cartoonist (AAEC) in 1979. Participated in numerous national and international competitions and exhibitions, won 30 awards, published 8 cartoon boks. Became board member of the Turkish Cartoonist Association.

Member of The New York Cartoonists: Writers Syndicate since 1986. Accepted as a permament member to The National Cartoonists Society In 2000, based New York. Painting and drawing happily in Ortakoy for years. In 2006, 15 the International Daejeon Cartoon Contest of Best Cartoonist Prize. In 2006, From France of 6 the Prize.
