Mr. Yuriy Kosobukin, a well-known cartoonist From Ukraine.

He was Born in Russia in 1950, studied engineering at university. His first cartoons appeared in several newspapers and magazines in 1970. The artist works freelance, and by his previous work has achieved over 300 international awards, and 70 of them were grand prizes.

Mr. Kosobukin had his works displayed in various countries such as Cuba, France, Germany Italy, Poland and Russia.
